History

At its roots, California Wind Tech began as a company training program in 2004 under CJ Construction. Originally developed for employees starting their career in the wind industry, this training program continued internally until the industry demanded an affordable enrollment based wind technician technical course. Although we are now independent of our founding body, we maintain a close connection to our construction beginnings while having moved forward to align with top educators and academic resources in our push for national accreditation.
